Large Scale Discovery Potential

Irruptive holds an option to earn 100% ownership of Pimenton, which has benefited from significant historical drilling, geophysical and surface work by Rio Tinto, Anglo American, and First Quantum (+9,000 m diamond drilling) supporting large-scale copper-gold porphyry discovery potential.

Premier Location

Situated in the Central Chilean Copper Belt, Chile’s premier copper belt, home to world-class deposits such as El Teniente, Andina, Los Bronces, and Los Pelambres.

Existing Resource Potential with Blue-Sky Upside

Rio Tinto conducted exploration work in 2006 and estimated a non-compliant resource potential of 400 Mt assaying 0.40% Cu and 0.43 g/t Au for 5.5 Moz Au and 3.5 Blbs Cu(1) – mineralization remains open.

Strong Drill Results

Previous drilling at the property intersected 956 m of (0.50% CuEq / 0.65 g/t AuEq) (from 78 m) and 598 m of (0.58% CuEq / 0.74 g/t AuEq)(from 84 m), including 330 m of (0.70% CuEq / 0.90 g/t AuEq), among other holes.

Experienced Leadership

Proven team with deep expertise in Latin America exploration and strong capital markets stewardship.

Compelling Value Proposition

Attractive entry point at current share price of C$0.70 per share (pre-money equity value of C$72M).
